The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) has recommended the extension of enhanced community quarantine. The recommendation was approved by President Rodrigo Duterte to extend the ECQ until May 15, 2020.

- Provinces of Pangasinan
- Benguet

- Mindoro
- Catanduanes
- Antique
- Iloilo
- Aklan
- Capiz

- Davao Del Norte
- Davao City
- Davao De Oro
As announced by Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque the following provinces are considered high-risk of COVID-19 and are subject for evaluation.
