Read on for the Raffle Entry Procedure:
1. Original Tape Receipt with Monster Meal Deal or Family Meal Deal as purchased item will serve as Raffle Entry.

2. Promo will start March 14, 2014 (store opening) and will end April 13, 2014 at store closing hour.

3. Raffle Entry will be based on the number of tape receipts. Two (2) or more Monster Meal Deal purchases in one transaction can be separated in two (2) or more tape receipts. Every Monster Meal Deal or Family Meal Deal purchase entitles Guest to one raffle entry. Valid only for Dine-In transactions.

4. Deadline for submission of raffle entries will be on April 13, 2014 at store closing hour. Participating Guest shall write pertinent information at the lower portion of their tape receipt and affixed signature:

5. Participating Guest to drop his/her entry in the drop box located inside the restaurant (situated at the counter area in all Shakey’s stores)

6. Raffling of entries will be conducted at Shakey’s Head Office on April 25, 2014 (Friday) at exactly 4PM with the supervision of DTI representative at RSBS Industrial Park cor. C5 and East Service Road, 1630, Taguig, Philippines.

7. Winners will be notified through telephone and registered mail.

8. Winners will be given 60 days from receipt of notification to claim his/her prize. Otherwise it will be forfeited in favor of sponsor with prior DTI approval.

9. Winner is required to present two (2) valid ID’s to claim his/her prize (List of acceptable ID’s: SSS, NBI, Postal ID, Driver’s license, Police Clearance) and registered notice.

10.Prize can be claimed at Shakey’s Head Office (RSBS Industrial Park cor. C5 and East Service Road, 1630, Taguig, Philippines) for Metro Manila stores; for provincial Winners prizes can be claimed in the store where they dropped their entries.

There will be one winner from Metro Manila, North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao respectively. Raffle Prize is transferable but not convertible to cash. Winner can only win once during the raffle draw.
